OSM operates exclusively as a B2B (Business-to-Business) service provider. Our platform architecture is designed to ensure that data control remains with the educational institution.

• Provisioning: OSM does not offer public registration or self-service account creation for the general public. We provide primary Administrative access only to verified institutional partners.

• Consent: The school assumes responsibility for obtaining necessary parental or legal guardian consent prior to the digital provisioning of student records.

As all user accounts are managed by the institutional partner, individuals seeking to access, correct, or delete their personal information must coordinate directly with their school's administrative office. Upon a formal deletion command from the school administrator, OSM will permanently purge the record from our production servers in accordance with our data retention cycles.
